Its huge hotel as you known the fact of Crona Virus some of the facilities are close down due to the pandamic but you still van get the space there

Thebweather will be relatively hot at that time. Very few restaurants might be closed day time but you can enjoy many offers to have iftar at sunset. Transportation is never a problem in dubai. You can take a tram in JBR and metro to other locations.
